Narrative Mode: rearranging events

The Spirit is shown as the timekeeper as in the case of the conversion of the Ethiopian eunuch. In reorganizing narrative bodies from God, the Father and God the Son he achieves unity by setting time on a single time frame. Time element as reset between God the Father and the Son is crucial. It is what Core Will of God represents: Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today and forever. It is of same quality as of God who introduces himself to Moses as thus, “I AM THAT I AM’ (Exo.3:14)
We are told by the Son of man that the Father has delivered all things into his hands (Jn.3:35;17:2). Considering this as the base line, every thing of heaven and of the earth is brought in direct context of the White Throne judgment of end times. In short this narrative mode helps us understand inerrancy as key to understand the word of God.
The signs and visions in heaven therefore have a bearing on grouping several events of the earth. Partial judgments of the great flood and destruction of the cities of the plains are brought into many other similar events. Law of gradation staples calamities under famine, plague war and death from fall of man till the Great Tribulation.
The names of persons and places likewise are stapled together. For the present we shall take up the opening of the mysteries where the Lamb is revealed as worthy of opening of the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof (Rev.5:5). This Lamb is none other than God the Son. Opening of each seal has consequence on the earth. The first seal presents war. This vision concerns Christ in his Messiah aspect.
Seals and keys are emblems in heaven. Breaking of seals reveals judgment on the earth. “Behold a white horse;….and he went forth conquering, and to conquer (Rev.6:2).”
The opening of second seal presents war a horse colour coded as it were, red indicative of blood spilt as a result of war. This law in a mode compares judgement between the white horse and the rider in Rev.6 with the Messiah aspect of Jesus Christ also on a white horse (Rev.19:16). This is prelude to the Millennial Reign on the earth.
Compare Rev.4:3-17 Sealing of the saints before the great Tribulation compare the six men in linen who descends on Jerusalem Ezek.9. Mark of the saints is graded by the law and judgment determined on the choice of who accept the reign of the Beast or the Lamb. The name of the Father is a symbol.
Another significant feature is the presence of four beasts who one after the other draws the attention of St John to the four Horsemen. Who are these beasts? “…In the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts….(Rev.4:6). ” They had faces like that of lion, of calf, of man ‘and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle (v.7). They represent creation Day of the Lord God. Glory of god gave the earth a form and these are memorial standing before the throne giving glory and honour unto Him. They also join the 24 elders in giving glory, saying, “…For thou hast crated all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created (Rev.4:11)”.
