Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.”(v.18)
Abigail is presented as a woman of understanding. Personal name meaning, “my father rejoiced.” and her name encapsulates the joy in heaven while in the world of the flesh she was paired with a churlish man a boor; and a son of Belial the epithet coming from His workforce. On seeing how her husband insulted David she set out on her own and made peace with him lest harm should come to her house. Understanding comes from Jesus Christ who of God has given us in abundance. “It is because of him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God—that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption.”(1 Co.1:30-NIV). When we behave with good understanding we cause similarly joy in heaven.
What gave Abigail understanding to avert catastrophe but God. In the Book of Daniel we read of this phrase, “judgment was set and the books were opened.” In accordance with what was decreed Daniel were shown what was to come. He would want to know but the Holy Spirit only reveals what man needs to know. “ I heard, but I did not understand. So I asked, “My lord, what will the outcome of all this be?”/ He replied, “Go your way, Daniel, because the words are rolled up and sealed until the time of the end.” This being the case what wisdom is there to put a name to the beast? “Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand.”(Dan.12:8-10-NIV)
It is not a name that the child of God should seek but what makes him different from the man of iniquity? Jesus became for us wisdom, It is the word sown in our hearts establish. Either we abide in him and be fruitful or scatter his gifts. He is the true vine. The Holy Spirit tags him as the Son with command number 3 which speaks equally for him and angels, (sons of God). As the word become flesh Jesus has a command number 4. And when we become in Jesus who of God has become wisdom it speaks entirely as 3+4=7. In short 777 is what we carry. Our body is to do as Jesus did. So body, soul and spirit is tagged by 777.
The son of Perdition having rejected the word bears his body, soul and spirit the number accordingly: 666. It is the wisdom of God that we apply and not after carnal wisdom.
